I visited Victory Smiles for the first time. Staff were very warm, welcoming, and accommodating. Dr. De Los Santos was awesome. She thoroughly explained everything to me and what her recommendations are for my treatment plan. Not only did she recommend certain procedures being done first, but also why it is important to follow that particular order in the plan.I really appreciated that. I know it’s ultimately up to me; however, her professional recommendations meant a lot to me being that she took her time to explain it all in detail. If you are ever in need of dental care/treatment, I recommend Dr. De Los Santos 100%. You won’t be disappointed.
First time visiting Victory Smiles. Loved the dentist and her assistant. Although it started off a little rocky with the first receptionist who told me she couldn't find my insurance, but i waited and called back less than five minutes and got another receptionist. She was very friendly and courteous and got me in there before the time the first receptionist did, who told me that they only had a 4pm and didn't know if i would be able to have exam completed since they closed at 5pm, but nevertheless, I got in.I was in a lot of pain upon arrival. They were amazing. I will definitely be going back. I think I have found my new dentist and I didn't have to go far.
Me and my son have been going here since he was 6 months years old . I received a cleaning and exam once & he comes regularly . I will be back for regular appointments! Even though I live on the other side of town, I have yet to choose another dentist office ! Front desk receptionist Michelle is amazing & always greeting the clients as they walk in ! One thing I pay attention to is CUSTOMER SERVICE ! As well as the other team is great and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!!
