Once your appointment is scheduled, we send a confirmation so that you know it’s complete. We’ll also follow up with a few reminders close to your appointment date/time because we know how busy and hectic life can get!

We limit wait times and streamline appointment check-in at our clinic. We want you to get back to work, school, and life as soon as possible. When you arrive for your appointment, complete a virtual check-in patient form. You can complete the form right on your phone or iPad before your appointment. The form is intuitive, but if you do need assistance just ask one of our team members and we’d be happy to help.
