First and foremost, booking your dental visit is a breeze! You can schedule by giving us a call or filling out the form on our appointment page. Just be sure to choose your location in the greater Houston area first! Scheduling online is another quick and convenient way to get your next dental appointment on the calendar.

If you have any questions or need help along the way, just send us a message via live chat on our website! A member of our dental team will support you as soon as possible.

Once your appointment is scheduled, we send a confirmation so that you know it’s complete. We’ll also follow up with a few reminders close to your appointment date/time because we know how busy and hectic life can get!

How to Get Here

We want to make sure your journey to Victory Smiles is as easy and stress-free as possible! Fortunately, it’s quite easy to locate us with Google Maps or another map app. Just keep in mind that we have multiple locations, so you want to make sure you select the one that you’ve scheduled your visit at. It can also help to enter the exact address of the clinic you plan to visit. If you do get lost or want confirmation on directions, contact us and we are happy to help.

During The Appointment

We limit wait times and streamline appointment check-in at our clinic. We want you to get back to work, school, and life as soon as possible. When you arrive for your appointment, complete a virtual check-in patient form. You can complete the form right on your phone or iPad before your appointment. The form is intuitive, but if you do need assistance just ask one of our team members and we’d be happy to help.

After your dental visit, we follow up with you to make sure you had a great experience. If we discussed additional treatment at your visit, then the follow-up may include more information and a link to schedule. We also include a link to share your feedback! Patient reviews help other patients who are considering our dental office, and they also help us continue to improve our service and experience.

We also make it easy to pay for your visit. We allow online payments with quick reminders so that you can pay with ease.

How much does dental care cost?

Each smile is unique, and so is each dental treatment. Therefore, the cost of dental treatment depends on the specific service and the personalized qualities of the service. During your consultation, we can assess your needs and plan your treatment. From there, we’re happy to provide a detailed quote on the pricing and to walk you through our financing options (including dental insurance coverage).

What if I don’t have dental insurance?

While we accept several types of dental insurance, we also know that not every patient has it. To ensure that dental care is accessible to all, we offer low-to-no-cost financing through CareCredit and SunBit, as well as an In-House Membership Plan.

Is dental care necessary?

Based on your dental exam, our dentists will determine if you can benefit from any additional treatment. Avoiding recommended dental treatment can exacerbate existing issues, and may eventually lead to more expensive and extensive dental work down the road. For example, filling a cavity right away can prevent the need for a root canal or tooth extraction later on.

Can I get all my dental work done in one visit?

Your first visit is a dental cleaning and exam, where we can also establish care. From there, we may determine that another dental treatment is helpful for you. We must note your medical and dental history during your comprehensive exam before scheduling you for additional services.

For future visits, we may be able to complete multiple treatments at once. For example, we can sometimes accommodate doing several fillings during one appointment. However, others may require multiple visits. We will go over the expected process for you and discuss the most efficient way to handle your dental needs.

Are dental x-rays safe?

Traditional x-rays do emit radiation that we must be aware of and protect against. To provide the safest and most comfortable dental care, we leverage advanced technology, including digital dental x-rays at Victory Smiles. Digital x-rays contain 90% less radiation than traditional film ones. They’re also fast and easy to process.
